Bad News for Commercial Spammers

Robert Lowery writes "The U.S. Senate passed the Consumer Anti-Slamming Ammendments Act. This will require commercial spammers to include their physical address and phone number, or face up to $15,000 in fines. Here is the link to all the legal mumbo jumbo " I'm wary of legislating much more than this, but I'm all for requiring Physical Addresses, From: and Reply-to: fields in headers. I get 3-5 spams each day, and they never have a reply-to to let me remove my email address.
