+ - Gallup sued over polling methodology !->

Taco Cowboy (5327) writes "The DoJ (Depart of Justice) of the United States of America has filed suit against the Gallup Poll Organization over allegation that Gallup has "violated the False Claims Act by overcharging on their contracts with other federal agencies"

But that was not after Gallup has rejected the White House' suggestion to alter their poll methodology to put Obama ahead of his Republican rival, Mitt Romney
