An anonymous reader writes "Apparently someone set up a fake Twitter account under the name of a Russian Foreign Minister and said Assad had been hurt/killed. So what?

Apparently, "it had briefly affected oil markets". Really, ~7 billion people in the world, and one unauthenticated tweet can affect the markets? That's all it takes? Imagine if an actual 'known' twitter account had been hacked..."
